Image
I made these cookies last night they did get a bit sticky while mixing. Once mixed it stuck to cookie scoop and my fingers very hard to get off. Now we only have olive oil in the house could this be why they were so sticky, also noticed they have a high olive oil taste should I use a different oil next time and which one. Thank you  Recipe Apdated From: www.eatingonadime.com Ingredients 2 large eggs 1 18 oz box red velvet cake mix* 2/3 cup unsalted butter , melted 1 cup white chocolate chips Instructions First, Preheat the oven to 350F degrees & line cookie sheets with parchment paper Then, Beat together the cake mix, melted butter & eggs until smooth. Mix in the chocolate chips. I like to mix in 3/4 cups & reserve the rest for placing on top of each cookie. Form into balls about 1 - 1.5 tablespoons in size and place 2 inches apart on a lined cookie sheet. Optionally dot the top of each cookie with a few extra chocolate chips. Bake for ...

Whipped Shortbread Cookies - New Year Recipes

Image
Very similar to a recipe I used to use. I find it’s more like 9-10 dozen though! I use salted butter and add about 1.5 tsp vanilla. I cook at 290 for about 25 minutes. You really must let them cool on the tray before removing. Also if your butter doesn’t turn lighter coloured and soft looking them your dough won’t pull together. If your dough doesn’t pull together your cookies won’t work. Recipe Apdated From: www.chatelaine.com Ingredients 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour 1 cup unsalted butter 1/2 cup powdered sugar 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/4 cup cornstarch sprinkles Instructions First, Preheat the oven to 300F degrees and line cookie sheets with parchment paper or baking mats.  Then, In a large bowl beat the butter and powdered sugar until very fluffy and aerated (at least 5 minutes.
